Highland Vista Aquatic Club 2011

I can't believe that the season is already over! After enjoying the energy and excitement of last night's meet, I wish we had a few more weeks to go. I'm sure many of our swimmers feel the same way.

When I reflect on the past few months it is very clear that we had a fantastic swimming season filled with great fun, team activities, sportsmanship, learning and teamwork. All of the coaches thoroughly enjoyed developing our Wahoo Swimmers and watching everyone's work turn into one of the most exciting SAAA Championships in recent memory! Our swimmers had an awesome two days of Championships, culminating in amazing individual swims and monumental performances in their championship relays. Several HV team records fell last night and our relays improved by anywhere from a couple of seconds to over seventeen seconds, giving the other teams a run for their money! As you probably know our San Pedro League is the strongest team in the SAAA and our swimmers proved that that is where HV belongs!

I know that I speak for the rest of the coaches when I say that I think that we have the best swimmers, parents and team in the entire SAAA!

I look forward to seeing you all next year!
